Safe lock doors have been designed to maintain barrier integrity in high containment applications where leaks are not permitted. Depending on your needs, you can install one or more doors to separate different environments.
This solution is perfect in case of infrastructure constraints and in case of refurbishments.

1) QUALITY
Entirely made of AISI316L, the doors are easy to open and feature a large double glazed inspection window. Furthermore, the surface of the doors is easily cleaned and does not present any dirt traps. Alternatively doors can be entirely made of glass.
2) SAFETY
A push-button is located on each side of the frame to allow fast
opening.
Doors are pressure-resistant due to the encased inflatable gasket
which is operated by a PLC

3) USER FRIENDLY
A control console with pushbuttons next to the door makes the system extremely user-friendly. In addition, the safe lock door is easy to install and does not require a pit since the lower part of the frame is extremely slim (10 mm/0,40 Inch) meaning installation flush to the floor with no skirting.
4) INTERLOCKING FUNCTION
When multiple doors are installed, an interlocking function can be implemented to avoid cross contamination between environments at different levels of contamination.
