1) QUALITY AND DESIGN

Designed and manufactured in ISO9001 and ISO14000 environment to meet the needs of a multi-purpose washing tasks in pharmaceutical, biomedical and cosmetic production facilities.
The washer design includes fully drainable piping, rounded corners andutility inlets from top, no dirty traps meaning no water stagnation, completely insulated chamber and tanks to minimize heat loss, interlocking doors with large panoramic windows to allow pass through applications and installation in a barrier.

Full sound proof protectionare surrounding the technical vane allowing full access via removablehinged panels for easy of maintenance.
Availability of material and welding (made by orbital welding machine and patented welders) certificates. Waste water treatment in order to adjust temperature and PH prior to discharge into the plant drainage system.

Developed and designed by the users to fulfil any specific need in termsof cycle steps, duration and level of cleaning to achieve.
Perfect washing results are guaranteed whilst minimizing energy, water and chemicals consumption in the view to reduce the environmental impact and minimize energy consumption meaning low running costs.
Multiple washing cycles, fully customizable in terms of temperatures and timing, can be stored to fulfil specific cleaning requirement.
User friendliness and ergonomics are always guaranteed whilst a reduced footprint allow installation in confined spaces against the walls and in the corners.
3) VALIDATION

For GMP requirements the unit offers the possibility of full machine and process qualification. Factory Acceptance Test allows “hands on product” session during which is possible to run washing trials to assess the washing performance.
Once the unit is delivered on site and installed by our technicians, duly trained at the Factory Training Centre, the Installation Qualification and Operational Qualification protocols are completed, followed by the Site Acceptance Test.
Performance Qualification, as a final step of the validation process is then executed to demonstrate efficacy and reliability of the washer as well as the level of cleaning achievable.

Always highest on our priority, safety features include panic-proof internal emergency bars, safety switches on doors and warning light as well as acoustic alarm.
Certified IP55 rated electrical cabinet and Siemens PLC with touch screen HMI featuring password protected menu and operator log-in.
Hazardous Operatine Procedure document (HAZOP) and Risk Assessment procedure performed by an independent safety agency are included in the technical folder of the machine.
