2) FLEXIBILITY

Developed and designed by you, the user to fulfil any specific need in terms if cycle steps, duration and level of cleaning. You will also find multiple washing cycles… all fully customisable in terms of temperatures and timing and stored to fulfil specific cleaning requirements.

All of which are available as single of double doors to allow pass through applications and installations in a barrier for greater flexibility.

User friendliness and ergonomics are always guaranteed whilst reducing footprint allowing installation in confined spaces against the walls in corners.

3) DOCUMENTATION

For GMP requirement the unit offers the possibility of full machine and process validation for your assurance of quality. Factory acceptance tests allow you to have a ‘hands on product’ session during which time it is possible to run washing trials to assess the washing performance.

Once the unit is delivered in site by our highly skilled technicians all trained at our dedicated training centre, the equipment is then installed and the Installation Qualification and Operational Qualification protocols followed by the Site Acceptance Test for your peace of mind, it is also performed as the final step within the validation process and then executed to demonstrate efficacy and reliability as well as the level of cleaning achieved.

4) VALIDATION

All equipments are delivered to you with a GMP compliant documentation package, which include:

• installation lay-out
• electrical drawing
• P&ID schematic
• Pneumatic drawing
• Main components technical data sheets
• Material certificates
• Welding certificates

5) ACCESSORIES

A wide range of presentation baskets/racks are available to you, with fast lock systems purposely designed according to user requirement specification and to accommodate various load including parts, components and tools ensuring optimal exposure to the wash and rinse water jets.

Transport trolleys are available for easy transportation of washed items throughout your facility and available in different sizes for greater flexibility.
