Customer Service
Immediate support for or any queries, technical concerns, product, or pricing information requests.

Design and Planning
Guidance for owners, architects and facility planners designing environments from single holding rooms to automated wash areas including the design of HVAC systems integrated with IVC technology. This includes feasibility studies, work-load calculations, 3D design and animations as well as CFD air flow analysis.

Project Management
Consultation and support during the project from order acquisition to hand-over, including site surveys, attending technical meetings, lay-outing and individual project management following a path of specific milestones and tollgates.

Field Service and Technical Support
Preventive maintenance programs and repair services, technology upgrades, equipment installation and de-installation and specialty services.

Wash and Decontamination Services
At IWT, a comprehensive range of validation services and tests is available to assess chemical compatibility, cleaning performance and decontamination with low temperature technologies (mainly hydrogen peroxide vapour). These include organic soil challenge tests, a variety of microbiological tests and the bioluminescence technique, all conducted at our own factory laboratories as well as in the field as part of the performance qualification of equipment.
